Penny started her salt therapy journey in 2012 opening The Salt Spot based in Neutral Bay, Sydney. During that time, she has seen over 5000 clients and come across some pretty interesting cases with regards to salt therapy.

The course is broken up into modules for easy learning and reference;
Module 1 explores the foundation of salt therapy, including its history, how it was discovered and how it works in the human body. An overview of the respiratory system will give you a deeper understanding at what salt therapy does when inhaled into the respiratory system.
Module 2 details the 4-stage salt therapy treatment process, plus explains time frame, safety for children and babies and the contra-indications you need to be aware of.
Module 3 lists specific conditions that affect the respiratory system how salt therapy can be used to help them.
Module 4 examines client care after treatment, emergency procedures and the appropriate natural therapy category salt therapy falls under.
